Why do some of the images take a little while to appear on my screen?
A: The photos we provide on our website are an example of the quality and overall style of the selection. Due to the nature of flowers, the exact product may look slightly different than the photo, but it will have equal or superior quality flowers, plants, and containers. Some items will vary in availability based on the area and we will provide you with an equal or better substitution if necessary. If no product of equal or better quality is available we will contact you to determine a different selection.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel an order, simply call us at 800-287-0136 (or 410-284-1600) as soon as possible.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept all major credit cards and payment by check or cash in our store. Online you may pay by credit card or you can charge items to your direct bill account. Call us at 800-287-0136 (or 410-284-1600) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an account. If you already have one, just provide the number when ordering.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Our local delivery fees range from 6.00 to 14.00 and fee is based on the delivering zip code and city order is being delivered.
Q: Can you deliver my order today?
A: Yes, we can. We must receive your order no later than 11 am (EST) on the day of delivery to be included in the day's deliveries. If you have a very time sensitive order, please call us at 800-287-0136 (or 410-284-1600) so that we can make arrangements for delivery. Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed to all areas.
Q: What about orders overseas?
A: We would be happy to assist you in placing your floral gift order just about anywhere in the world. Additional charges will apply and a little extra time is required. If you need to place an order for delivery outside of the U.S. please call us at 800-287-0136 (or 410-284-1600). If you are outside the U.S. and want to place an order for delivery within the U.S. there is no additional charge; just select your item and order online!
Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday 8 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm. (All times are EST.) Our store is located at 7233 German Hill Road. Click here for more info and directions to our store.
Q: If I don't have an email address can I still order online?
A: Yes. Simply proceed without setting up an account and leave the box blank on our order form. We can mail or fax you a copy of your receipt. To request a receipt, call us or visit our customer service online after placing your order. Be sure to write down or keep a copy of your Netticket number to reference when contacting us.
